OUR STORY

Bananas are North America's favourite fruit. They've also been sold dirt cheap for decades, often at the expense of the people who grow them. We thought that needed to change.

Since 2006, Equifruit has been on a mission to make Fairtrade bananas the new normal. Our bananas come from Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, and every single one is Fairtrade-certified.

That means fairer pay for farmers, better working conditions, and a banana industry that finally works for the people behind it.

Same great bananas. A much better way of doing business.

Not to brag but we’re also women-owned, certified B Corp and proudly disrupting the produce aisle.

Global Fairtrade Banana Domination is the goal. We're working on it.
